Project Description
ENSYDE developed training modules and conducted a three-day training programme on Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) accreditation process with special emphasis on validation for a company prospecting to become a Designated Operational Entity (DOE) under the UNFCCC guidelines. The training programme covered overview of Kyoto Protocol, Marrakech Accords, JI/ET/CDM, PINs, PDDs, verification, national approval processes, validation and registration. Participants will be tested at the end of the training programme.
Impact: Perry Johnson India went on to become a DOE and since then certified various projects under the CDM mechanism.
